INGREDIENTS & STORAGE ADVICE

Ingredients:
water, whole grain rye flour, broken rye, 11% sunflower seeds, whole wheat flour, baker's yeast, wheat flour, sourdough (water, rye flour, salt), sugar syrup (beet, reed), barley (malt extract, roasted malt flour), iodised salt, dextrinated wheat flour, wheat flour, preservatives (calcium propionate, sorbic acid).

Sonnenblumenbrot rye-wheat bread is vegan.

Storage advise:
Store the bread in a dark, cool place in the original package. You can keep it in the fridge, but when you store it in the fridge the bread can dry out a bit faster. You can also freeze the bread on the day of purchase, just like other bread.
