INGREDIENTS & STORAGE ADVICE

Ingredients:
water, wholemeal rye flour, rye, wholemeal wheat flour, baker's yeast, wheat bran, iodised salt, dextrinated wheat flour, barley malt flour, food acids (lactic acid, citric acid).

Volkoren rye bread is vegan.

Storage advise:
Store the bread in a dark, cool place in the original package. You can keep it in the fridge, but when you store it in the fridge the bread can dry out a bit faster. You can also freeze the bread on the day of purchase, just like other bread.
