Ingrediënten:

flour, water, wholemeal rye flour, sunflower seeds, baker's yeast, broken wheat, wheat gluten, oats, barley, barley malt extract, iodised salt, linseed, rye flour, rye sourdough, maltodextrin, roasted wheat malt flour, dextrinated wheat flour, wheat bran, emulsifier (E482), food acids (lactic acid, citric acid), preservatives (calcium propionate, sorbic acid).

Waldkorn bread is vegan.

Storage advise:
Store the bread in a dark, cool place in the original package. You can keep it in the fridge, but when you store it in the fridge the bread can dry out a bit faster. You can also freeze the bread on the day of purchase, just like other bread.
