Store the bread in a dark, cool place in the original package. Because this bread contains no preservatives, it has a limited shelf life after opening. You can keep it in the fridge, but when you store it in the fridge the bread can dry out a bit faster. You can also freeze the bread on the day of purchase, just like other bread.
