INGREDIENTS & STORAGE ADVICE

Ingredients:
wheat
flour, water, rye flour, baker's yeast, 2% rye sourdough (water, rye flour, salt), iodised salt, wheat gluten, preservative (calcium propinate, sorbic acid).

Oberländer wheat-ryebread is vegan.

Storage advise:
Store the bread in a dark, cool place in the original package. You can keep it in the fridge, but when you store it in the fridge the bread can dry out a bit faster. You can also freeze the bread on the day of purchase, just like other bread.
