INGREDIENTS & STORAGE ADVICE

Ingredients:
whole grain rye flour, water, broken rye, wheat flour, baker's yeast, 2% rye natural sourdough (rye flour, starter culture), iodised salt, dextrinated wheat flour, wheat bran, roasted wheat malt flour, barley malt, food acids (citric acid, lactic acid), preservatives (calcium propionate).

Schinken natuurdesem ryebread is vegan.

Storage advise:
Store the bread in a dark, cool place in the original package. You can keep it in the fridge, but when you store it in the fridge the bread can dry out a bit faster. You can also freeze the bread on the day of purchase, just like other bread.
