INGREDIENTS & STORAGE ADVICE

Ingrediënten:
45% spelt* (flour, broken, wholemeal and malt flour), water, baker's yeast, sunflower seeds, malt (rye, wheat, barley), wheat gluten, potato flakes, iodised salt, linseed, grape concentrate, rye flour, thickener (guar gum), preservatives (calcium propionate, sorbic acid), food acid (lactic acid), emulsifiers (E471, E482), acidity regulator (E263).

Speltkoren speltbrood is vegan.

Storage advise:
Store the bread in a dark, cool place in the original package. You can keep it in the fridge, but when you store it in the fridge the bread can dry out a bit faster. You can also freeze the bread on the day of purchase, just like other bread.

1 package of Speltkoren bread weighs approx 300 grams ℮ and contains approx 8 slices of bread.
