INGREDIENTS & STORAGE ADVICE

Ingredients:
wheat
flour, water, rye flour, rye whole grain flour, wheat bran, rye semolina, (rye flour, starter culture), baker's yeast, wheat gluten, natural mushroom flavor, iodised salt, preservatives (sorbic acid, calcium propionate).

Low salt & High Fiber wheat-rye bread is vegan. 

Storage advise:
Store the bread in a dark, cool place in the original package. You can keep it in the fridge, but when you store it in the fridge the bread can dry out a bit faster. You can also freeze the bread on the day of purchase, just like other bread. 

1 package of Low salt & High Fiber wheat-rye bread weighs approx 350 grams ℮ and contains approx 8 slices of bread.
